Paul and his team are reliable grafters who are true to their word – and working inside our commercial premises, they were very polite and considerate of noise and dust. They installed air-conditioning across two large floors, throughout our shared-workspace, including organizing and subcontracting 3 Phase electricity installation and erecting scaffolding for roof access – lots of moving parts and ducks to get in a row. The entire installation was completed to high standards and delivered on time and the final invoice we received after commissioning was for the exact same sum they originally quoted, to the penny. During what has been an insanely hot summer, and at a super busy time for them on other jobs and heat related call-outs, they always delivered what they said they would – thank you Paul, Dale, Ross, and all the rest of the team!

We were very pleased with the work done on our thermodynamic water heating system. They came and diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary replacement part and then made a temporary fix so that we had hot water during the time it took for the part to arrive. Once it had, they then fixed the system.
The two engineers were friendly and effecient and cleaned up after themselves.
The price quoted was the price charged.

My attitude has always been, if its not broken don't fix it! I have some great old fridges in my shop that work and display my chilled range well. The engineer was most helpful and quickly discovered the issue, ordered the correct new part whilst keeping me informed as to its cost, and fixed the issue within 48hours. Amazing!
